This page will be updated as best as possible.  The Long Swim crew will be posting text updates and photos when communication is available. The swim has two Spot GPS running and will be real time.  The team has two means of updating when out of cell range.  The first is a Satelitte phone that will relay updated to shore.  The second is a high frequency directional two way antenna for ship to shore communication.  Thank you for following.  Together with love, luck and strength we shall live this dream.
